Hands down I would recommend John to anyone.  He’s a great communicator, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  The home I am purchasing is in the city of Atlanta and is an older home that needs a little TLC.  Not only was he able to provide thorough feedback in regards to the inspection but he was also able to share renovation tips along the way from his own experiences.  Overall, I had a pleasant experience and feel confident in his findings.  I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him especially for a first time home buyer.
